Introduction
By purchasing art, prints, or commissions from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order on my artist shop.
1. Purchases and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and standard online payment processors. Full payment is required before any physical item ships or digital file downloads. * Payment Process soon to be established for online purchases!
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3 to 7 business days.
- Delivery Times: Shipping times vary based on your location. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs fees, or lost packages once they leave our studio.
- Damaged Items: If your art arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damage within 48 hours of delivery and email us so we can help resolve the issue.
3. Returns and Refunds
- Original Art & Prints: All sales of original artwork and limited-edition prints are final.
- Standard Returns: If you are unsatisfied with an eligible non-custom item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging at your own shipping expense.
4. Commissions and Custom Work
- Deposits: Custom commission requests require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work begins.
- Revisions: Commission packages include a specified number of revision rounds (usually 2). Major changes requested after final approval may incur extra fees.
- Cancellations: If you cancel a commission before completion, the initial deposit is kept to cover time and materials used.
5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
- Artist Ownership: The artist, aka David Sack, retains all copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork, even after the original piece is sold.
- Personal Use Only: Purchasing a piece of art or a print gives you the right to display it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell the image for profit without explicit written permission from the artist.
