Introduction
Hello, my friend, below is a temporary based contract on hiring me for commissions! Most details are laid out but will change due to the project, time and commission of the said artwork! Nonetheless, these are my balanced terms and conditions for exchange between you and me, the client and the artist! I will be happy to work with you on every detail.
Commission Contract
As of 1/12/2026 Commission are not publicly open but are only determined by email foremost! Contracts will be made at the initial meeting by me, the artist, and you, intended client! Pricing will be discussed as well! Please be wise, Rush of Job: for faster service and time, Use for Resale applies to products, marketing, or streams, and Exclusivity Rights/NDA: intended ownership, will be discussed at the initial meeting! These additional items may or may not influence pricing on commission/project!
Projects/Commissions
All Base Pricing is in USD
Please be aware, the base pricing is on rough estimates! These prices are based on external attributes such as time, size, expense, supplies, labor, effort, mediums, projects and commissions. The plus symbol (+) means pricing could be above stated numbers.
- $100 - 500 + Full Size Rendered Paintings: Included Mixed Media, Watercolor and/or Oil Paintings above 24 x 36 in sizes! Final details for framing and shipping and Processing will be determined!
- $50 - 250 + Photography: will include digital rights to photos to print and share photos!
- $20 - 250 + Graphic Design/Motion Graphics: Prints, Designs, and Digitals Videos!
Commission Progress
I have the right to ask questions to fully understand the intention of the commission! Please include details, look, feel, composition and intended final use of the artwork! I will work with you so we can make something special! Over the course of the commission, I will update you, the client, on the process of the artwork through on-going “Progress Updates.” These mean short meetings of designs and potential finalize details! You have the rights to change items as you see fit, but please read the below paragraph. After all, I am still the artist and will have a design in mind for the final artwork.
“I’ve Changed My Mind!” or “Please Make it Bigger”
You can modify your artwork at any time before and after I start working. Please note, if you have any more requests, you may include upgrades, additional add ons or changes to commissions! We will discuss these at “progress updates.” Once I start working on an artwork, some minor or major changes may be difficult to make. I’m happy to make modifications for any reason. Changes may be included for additional work or supplies and may pay for the difference at a later date!
Payments
All payments are through to be determined but through a digital provider. On rare occasions, I will take payment through cash/check as well if meeting in person.
All payments are final. Refunds are only due to certain circumstances.
Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions, for example, large scale paintings or prints for events, ask me for details if necessary. Please do not pay the total price in advance, for it may change due to time and differences but will still be a reflection close to the final said price at the first initial meeting. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full. * If by your choice, you decide to back out, I will retain a small percentage of payment for the work I had already started on the commission!

Legal Information
As stated on my website, all creative rights to the art, designs, ideas, including commissions, physical and digital, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital! You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace unless you attribute my name and likeness. Therefore under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND/OR you have paid for the rights to do so. In addition, any art I create is my own property. Unless exclusive rights are purchased, I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise. But privacy is still a priority and will be discussed as well with the terms and conditions.
Non-disclosure Agreement
Privacy is still my priority! If you have any privacy matters, please address them to me and I will uphold them to the best of my abilities! If you choose to decide to hold the pre-production and final artwork for private matters, I.E. photographs of family members or children from the public eye, please understand, I still retain rights to use my created artwork in public forums: social media and art galleries, but I will discuss the terms and disclosure conditions with you to withhold artwork, as you see fit. All of these details will be discussed during the initial commission meeting!
